What we collect
When you submit an application through our "Work with us" form, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your industry and a short description of your experience
- Your CV and the language you chose to apply in
Our website is served through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site securely.
Why we use it
We use your application solely to assess whether your background matches a current or upcoming project, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in recruitment (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Where it is stored
Applications are stored in Airtable, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as needed to consider you for suitable projects, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. [Confirm your retention period, e.g. 12 or 24 months.] You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@nordhauspartners.com.
