Privacy notice

This notice explains how Nordhaus Partners handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Nordhaus Partners, Große Gallusstraße 16-18, 1st floor, 60312 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Contact: contact@nordhauspartners.com.

What we collect

When you submit an application through our "Work with us" form, we collect the information you provide:

Our website is served through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site securely.

Why we use it

We use your application solely to assess whether your background matches a current or upcoming project, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in recruitment (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in Airtable, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as needed to consider you for suitable projects, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. [Confirm your retention period, e.g. 12 or 24 months.] You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@nordhauspartners.com.

This privacy notice is a working template covering the current data flow (application form → Airtable, hosting on Cloudflare). The bracketed item and the details should be reviewed by a qualified data-protection adviser before public launch, and updated if the welcome email or other processors are added.
